Can anyone advise if
dogs are permitted within the site-seeing spots around
Hyden.

Must have changed recently then because I had My dog at
wave rock about a year ago. Stayed at the caravan park adjacent to
Wave Rock and she was allowed there as
well.

Hi George,
Dogs are allowed at
Wave Rock and in the Caravan Park at the bottom of
the rock. We stayed there in June this year for 2 nights.
Dogs are not suposed to go on top of the actual
rock (for water quality issues) as there is a
dam that is fed off the topof
wave rock itself.
We also took our
dogs to the nearby caves, but left them tied up at
the entrance for respect to the history of
the caves whilst we quickly looked around.
As for the other sight seeing areas - we didn't really find much around
Hyden based on the info we had.
Hope this helps.
