Eric Experience
Betty and I just got
home today from the Victorian gathering. 30084 Kilometres and 2 weeks to get
home via the Murray. We travelled right to the mouth and it was great to see water flowing out. The Sprinter ticked over 200 000K's yesterday and is still giving its 9.8 litres/100k. Thanks to Bonz and others for an interesting evening. Eric.

Lets get it straight
They are not mountains
Merely foothills if that
Have a look at
the Pyrenees on the web and you will understand

blue one, your point is?
Having travelled over and through the European
Pyrenees, I know it is easy in a 2by. You won't go far in the Victorian
Pyrenees unless you are in a high clearance 2by with extraordinary grip.
Like Eric Experience, above he could drive around
the Pyrenees but he could drive over the European ones. He would be better with his high clearance tyres this trip. Good to meet you Eric and Betty.

blue one, there isn't much water except at the base of the Victorian Pyernees or some valleys. Back to your original point, what was it? You didn't elaborate as to anything but a different point on the globe.

p.s. blue one, Swiss Alps ain't the European
Pyrenees, I forgot to point out. They are the other side of France.
The Pyrenees are between Spain and France. You could learn about them
on Wikipedia.

Yep hiked from Zaragoza to Jaca about 20 years ago still reckon the Swiss Alps are more dramatic in around Verbier.
Our hills are more treacherous due to the wet cold though they are just that hills, not mountains that stack up against
the Pyrenees.
Oh and the fishing is good on the NSW side also.

Muzbry, I think the optional answers may not line up with the questions.
blue one, all for a purpose. We weren't trying to ski off them. You still haven't clarified what point you were making in regard to enjoyment at an EO Gathering. I am still assuming that was your reference point.
