Try your local asthma foundation,they might have info on them,
The only oxygen concentrators I know of are used in home and nursing homes.
Have not come across the type you are asking about.

yes i have bought one, a 12volt job, 4 litres a minute, they are expensive around 4g but i can use it any where, it also comes with batteries for when you cant get to 12 volt, also works on 240 v.
