Spot messenger

Hi all my spot messenger is only sending the email message not the sms .
All is okay with the set up and it is update with registration.
Has any one accounted this problem i have notified noreplay however they must be on their xmas break allready.

Assuming you have enough sms credits left, most likely you have not entered the number in the correct format.

In the profile set up screen, where you add email and phone numbers to the various different alerts (OK/Check IN, Help). Click add phone number, choose "Australia" from the list, you then need to drop of the 0 from the number you enter in the box.

E.g. if the number was 0412345678 you would enter 412345678. By selecting Australia from the list, SPOT automatically adds the country code of +61. Just remember to leave off the initial 0 when you type in a mobile number.

Plus for check-in messages give the unit at least 25 mins to transmit.

Yea thanks guys all appease ok with set up i will go into my spot set up and reactivate all messages and see how we go regards
