Trip/Gathering VIC - <span class="highlight">Pyrenees</span> Twentytwelve

Spent long weekend their and some of the tracks are pretty cut up.

Fortunately it was dry.

Even north out of reserve the main road was closed for about 1km.

Interestingly we walked the closed section and couldn't see why it was.

North Glenpatrick also closed.

The above looked like temporay closures.

Went over to the new bike riding area and then took Old bluff track , the one with 2 bypass tracks.

I was in a mates car and I wouldn't even attempt it in my car like I did last year.
Even the easiest path up it was seriously water eroded with one huge narrow rock in the centre.

He held true despite everyone hitting there heads on the roof of the car with the violent movement and actually managed to get up, unbelieveable really.

There were many people there (about 70) as it was the 20th anniversary of API 4wd club and Cole was fretting around worried about running out of water at the Loo's which did happen.

He asked that people start putting there name down on the board to help manage it as it getting well used.
