Oh! no I won't.

I hereby readily admit that I had a go at them (looked/sounded good at the time) and yeah! what a crock of bleep . Did absolutely nothing.

I left them in when the the aftermarket turbo was fitted and after thinking about it in the calm cool logic/light of 'another day' had them removed with a totally neutral result.

Why did I remove them.

Well firstly the pre spun air from the first hi-clone is absolutely chopped by the turbo and any 'spun' air after the turbo is 'un-spun' when it hits the 'T' in the inlet manifolf/rail.

Secondly they are just unwanted 'hinderances' in the air free flow that you are looking for to maximise the efficiency of the turbo.

Yep! I do not mind admitting that I was ableepand had a go at them.

They are sitting in a cupboard in my garage and if anybody wants to try them, they can have them for free.

No I haven't forgot. They were in my 1997 (75 series) 1HZ Diesel Troopy.

Try this simple test in fluid dynamics:
1. Fill a basin with water, remove the plug and time how long it takes to empty.
2. Now fill it again, use your hand to get the water spinning, remove the plug and time it again to see how long it takes to empty. You'll find (2) takes longer to empty
3. Now equate water flow with air flow.

I tried them 2 years ago
had a 60 day money back garentee. Drove from Brissy to Melbourne and back. When I got home took them back and got a full refund.
If they are still offering the money back garentee - try it you have nothing to lose

I have just recently bought a Toyota 3.0l TD Surf, the previous owner had put two cyclones in it. According to what others are getting (fuel econemy wise) I would be getting the same if not worse than everyone on the Surf Owners Association website. So I would say they are a crock.

tried these or a very similar product at work a few years ago on cat and komatsu loaders and graders and made all of them use more fuel with no performance increase.
