Review: Wittenoom Gorge - WA

Wittenoom Gorge is beautiful and you tend to have it much to yourself. We were swimming at Rock Pool and there was blue asbestos all over the rocky shore. The water was beautiful though. It's just like Karijini but without the tourists. I guess you have to weigh up the risks of asbestos exposure. It's spooky seeing avenues of trees with no houses at the end. The creek crossings are fairly rough and likely impassable in the wet. We would go again for sure, it would make a great camping location.
