The founders of the Austrekkers Club were frustrated with the Beaurcracy and formal burdons of some of the usual 4wd clubs. They planned out a way to allow people who share like minded ethics regarding 4wding to be able to get together simply and without complication.
Austrekkers is a friendly easy going online 4wd/social club. It's members are interested in enjoying the bush. Camping, touring, social get togethers and simply having a good time while protecting our environment are the keys to it's success.
There are no formal meetings at Austrekkers, everything that needs to be sorted out is done through it's online forums. Membership is currently free for those who attend two trips and who are voted in by it's current members.
