The Custom Boat Loader & roof rack combined allow ONE person to easily l& safely load & unload an aluminum dinghy on & off the roof of most 4WD vehicles, & secure it down for travel in about 2 minutes.
It is custom made to suit most 4WD vehicles & can carry dinghies up to 3.95m x 1.8m x approx. 100kg (subject to vehicle manufacturers specifications).
The Custom Boat Loader (CBL) rack is manufactured from structural grade, powdercoated aluminum making it extremely strong yet lightweight.The rack has a reinforced mesh floor to carry equipment such as boating, fishing & camping gear.
The loader comes in 2 models - the fully electric remote controlled version or the drill operated version using a 14.4v reversible cordless drill or a 240v drill & a small inverter.
The fully sealed worm drive gearbox is totally maintenance free. It can be stopped at any point & cannot move or slip.
The ropes are certified at 900kg & 700kg breaking strain.
All fittings are stainless steel & all bearings, rollers & slide plates are specifically manufactured for the loader.
It can be used simply as a roof rack, & is easily removed when not required.
