Amazingly the Government decided not to charge more, based on facts, rather than pressure from a lobby groups.

It's quite easy to do actually, just create a fancy name such as "The Pedestrian Council Of N.S.W. Incorporated". Then you control who you allow to "join", this enables you to keep a stranglehold on policy and keeps you in sole charge.

Scruby has visited my place of work for which we have provided a parking space for his car. Maybe it's for other people to bicycle, use public transport or walk.

Yeah that must be it! . If all you plebs ride, walk or use public transport there will no traffic congestion to inconvenience Harold.

Was a post here quite some time ago from someone who attempted yo join up with Harold Boy, if I remeber correctly there was a detailed application form that even required you to detail the vehicles you owned.

To be expected really, how can you control your organisation if you have open enrolments?

No idea Max, as mentioned above there was a lengthy post on the Forum quite some time ago from a member who went through the motions of joining and got a thorough third degree. It would appear that Harold is wary of any of those "4wd killing machine" owners infiltrating his site.

I won't touch Harold's Internet site, I don't wish to contribute to any "hit or visitor" statistics and so enable him to make claims of "public concern".

Where possible I try not to mention the "SCR**) word as well, no point in allowing him, or anyone else for that matter Google his name and again use the statistic for their own purpose.

Funny though - the charter never mentions discrimination against people who drive vehicles of specific types. Perhaps we could keep the honorary solicitors busy with a class action citing systematic discrimination by selective reporting of information! Not.

He probably does do some good work with his PCA in terms of better footpaths and pedestrian access to areas and so-on but the vitriolic manner in which he pushes his personal vandetta against 4WD vehicles just beggers belief.
