Evening All,

How's the wind and Hail been in Melbourne the last week odd! That wind last night was a ripper, will keep me employed for a bit longer.some of the worst hit suburbs looked like a cyclone had gone through with tree's down and debris everywhere, from rubbish bin's to shop signs and cladding. i was doing a job in lilydale when i came across this nice mess.Image Could Not Be FoundImage Could Not Be Found

Feel sorry for the people who own it,another car was 2 parks over from it suffered a nice ding in the roof and bonnet.this was the worst one i saw in my travels but saw plenty of houses with repairs and tarping happening also.

Been a wild few days all right Paul ,have been carrying the chainsaw around town myself this week and cut out one tree , but nothing like it that picture.

They put a new speed hump in our street also , and the Patrols long travel coils soak that up pretty well , so overall having a big well equipped 4wd seems to becoming more and more important these days.

Yes, we're copping it here down in Tassie. Most rain that we've had in several years. Not to mention the wind, lightning and the rest.

Paul
Monday morning on the Prince's Hyw at Werribee the rain and hail was that heavy that all traffic come to a stop as you could not see the end of your bonnet. It lasted for about 5 min before it was safe to drive again

Sad and a hassle for all concerned.

Now I remember why I moved to Qld.....only cyclones to contend with at least they come a bit slower so you have time to be prepared.

Cheers
