Just want to go on record and say I fully support the modest increase in annual membership fee. The membership offers extremely good value for all that it offers, and as the community increases so do overhead costs. I'm sure none of use expect Michelle and David to wear this increase indefinitely, so am happy with new cost of $49.95. Cheers Phillip S

We recently updated our Membership offering and have added "VIP Support". Please read our updated webpage ExplorOz Membership Here's what this means for you: If you reach out to us for assistance via phone, email, or our Help Desk and we have a backlog of support requests, Members will be given priority over non-Members. To expedite your request, please remember to include your Member number and User ID in all correspondence. For non-Members, if the answer to your question is already available in one of our Help Guides, we may direct you to the guide rather than providing a customized reply. VIP support is designed to save time. However, we must emphasize that our support is limited to matters related to ExplorOz products and services. If you need help with unrelated issues, such as using your PC, navigating app stores, troubleshooting your headunit, or seeking advice outside of our offerings, we recommend using Google search, asking a friend or family member, or posting your question on Facebook or the Forum. TIP: We cannot look up or verify your account using your Screen Name, as it is just your alias. This is why we need your Member number or User ID. While we sometimes use your email address to look up your account, issues can arise if you have changed your email address or have multiple accounts registered with the same email. Regards Michelle

We separate costs to save you money. Bundling everything would make it more expensive. This way, you only pay for what you need. 1. Traveller App One-time purchase: $59.99 Includes: Online maps for Australia, Places and Treks databases, navigation features, tracking, editing, and free updates. Optional: Offline high-resolution mapset (EOTopo) for $49.99 No subscriptions or ongoing fees. Can be used on all devices under one OS (Apple or Android) with unlimited downloads. 2. EOTopo Offline Maps Cost: $49.99 (one-time purchase, no subscription) Linked to your ExplorOz user account for use on multiple devices. Supported for 4 years; new editions require a new purchase ($49.99) every 4 years. 3. Membership Not required for app usage but offers additional features. Includes access to the web version of the Traveller app, enhanced tracking services, increased storage, data export in GPX format, blogs, free classified ads, enhanced forum usage, private messaging, and discounted ExplorOz merchandise. Reduced website advertising for members. Annual membership or one-time Lifetime Membership options available. Lifetime Membership includes a gift bundle of ExplorOz apparel and stickers. Membership allows us to continue offering affordable options and run the business independently. SUMMARY Full Traveller app usage (online and offline): $110 (app $60 + maps $50) with no ongoing fees. Additional costs apply only for membership benefits or new map editions after 4 years (unless you choose to buy a newer edition earlier). MEMBER LOYALTY & WHY IT MATTERS Even if you don’t use all membership features, your subscription helps keep our small business viable. We feel we can continue operating efficiently without a storefront or hired staff and more slick systems but there are times when we struggle as sales fluctuate and don't always cover monthly costs. People often wonder why we work 7 days a week and take calls on weekends and holidays. It's because we don't have a choice. Running ExplorOz is our lifelong passion, and maintaining customer loyalty and providing personalized service is crucial to us. We aim to improve our products without selling out to corporate buyouts, which have been the demise of other Australian businesses. Your Membership allows us to continue offering affordable options and run the business independently. By paying for annual Memberships, you significantly help keep a small Australian business competitive against larger companies. We greatly appreciate this support. Membership costs just $50 per year (discounted to $40 if you have the Traveller app), which encourages more people to support us. 2024 announcement!!!! Anyone can now buy ExplorOz Membership (without buying the Traveller app) and have access to the web-version of the Traveller app before buying the offline version of the app.

Hello, Logged in via MS Edge to access Traveller app. and received "browser not supported" error message. rather frustrating, can you please help. It is also annoying that I cannot access Traveller via Firefox, do you intend fixing this anomaly? Regards, Stephen
