Shop: How long will it take to get my order delivered?

The Shop uses a number of different delivery methods to ensure that we can offer a service to suit the size, delivery location, price requirements and urgency of each individual order. These services include the following carriers: Australia Post (Standard, eParcel and Express), Couriers Please (Economy Delivery), StarTrack Express (Express Delivery) and Toll Ipec (Large Item Delivery). The shopping cart defaults to the cheapest method of delivery for your postcode and will display an estimated delivery time for this method, however you may also elect to upgrade your shipping to an Express method if available.

Any alternative delivery options for your order will display in the checkout after the address field, so simply select the option that suits you. If you are unsure of which option will suit your requirements, please contact us via email at info@exploroz.com or info@triathlonoz.com.

For any orders that are not sent Standard Australia Post, we will also provide a tracking number and link via email upon order dispatch. If there is any delay to your order that will affect the timeframe displayed in the shopping cart we will notify you promptly via email.

NOTE: The number of days to delivery assumes we have no delay in obtaining your payment or authorisation on your credit card. If delays in receiving payment occur, your order will not be shipped until the matter is resolved. We will send you a "Declined Payment" email alert if we encounter any difficulties.
