We're planning to do the CSR leaving Wiluna approx 8th June.
Has anyone on the forum done it this season to give us a heads up on current conditions?
I note on the Explore Oz Road Conditions Page that the CSR is impassable due to rain from Well 40 to Biluluna. Any predictions how long this section might take to dry out?

Canning Trip

The Billiluna end can take a loooong time to dry out. There are some bypass tracks around the edge of the claypans or you could come in around the edge of Lake Gregory to meet the Canning past the worst of it.

Just spoke with Billiluna Community and they said that the track is now ok and presenting no problems. Last rain was about 3 weeks ago and several groups have passed through since. I will be heading north to south in about two weeks.
