Hi
Looking at buying a Spot tracker.
Can anyone tell me if I need to buy the Spot tracking option in order for EOTrackMe to function?
Also does EOTrackMe have the ability to define an area outside of which an email alert could be sent.
Useful should the vehicle be pinched.

Hi Malcolm,

Yes, you would need to purchase the Spot tracking subscription to use it with EOTrackMe, please see the Settings for Spot blog for more information.

Unfortunately, the Spot/EOTrackMe service does not have the option to send an email once the vehicle goes outside of a particular area, however if the device and tracking are on and it is in the vehicle, if the vehicle is stolen you would be able to view its location on EOTrackMe.
