Can anybody please tell me what the dimensions and weight are for this safety light?
Would it be suitable for clipping onto a shirt or belt?

Yes they can be clipped onto your belt or a "witch's hat". I have four of them in my vehicle at all times ... just in case.

Hi Terra,
Also just thought I would mention that the weight is 100g, the flyer with further information and dimensions is found in the "Images & Files" tab on the product page.
These are actually specifically designed to the clipped in to a Road Safety Triangle, I'm actually not sure whether you would be able to use it with a clip to attach to a shirt/belt etc. I have emailed the manufacturer to find out for you.

Hi Terra,
I heard back from the manufacturer on this, the TB10s don't feature any accessories to attach to your clothing etc as they are really only designed for use with the Road Safety triangle as I mentioned before.
Your best option will be to use the one of the other Eflare Models which already feature an inbuilt clip, such as the
Eflare EF350.
