Flashing your lights for mobile cameras seems to work best at slowing other vehicles down!

Gee, aren't they generous... they allow (up to) a whole 3kmh (3 percent in a 100kmh zone) error margin, while vehicle manufacturers only have to calibrate the speedo, in new vehicles, to be within 10 percent (either direction) and many can't even manage that.
"Honestly, it's NOT revenue raising... it's safety."
