BCDC is the name that Redarc give to their range of DCDC chargers.

As Brian has said, Redarc make a series of dc-dc chargers and Battery Management Systems.

Their dc-dc units are marketed as BCDC 12/20 and the 12/40 and their comprehensive management system is the Redarc BMS. They also make smart solenoids like the SBI212.

I use both products in the ute and have found them to be an excellent Australian made product.
