Hi
HAs anyone out there had as much trouble as I have with contacting JURGENS re the warranty? i have made several phone calls and keep being told the the warranty manager (Paul somebody) is not available due to many many reasons they must have a book in front of them with all these excuses
Ours is a reasonably small problem which the Dealer cant get right either.
if anyone has had similar problems and know how to get round them i would be gratefull

Cheers Del_boy

hey Del_boy
A registered letter stating "without prejudges you solicitor suggested you give them one more chance to correct this issue within 7 days or you take action through consumer affairs or court proceedings etc" usually works send a CC copy to the dealer (also registered) usually gets a quick response
If not stop mucking around and lodge a small claim through the court they have no option to answer that one
It works I was handling warranty issues for a large company for a few years and it used to get them off their arse

Should have added in the letter spell out the problem and how you expect it to be rectified so theirs is no confusion
