Hi there. Maybe this is a silly question but we're just about to take off on a road trip from
goulburn to
Oberon , more specifically to the Abercrombie river and checking if the xtrail will manage the steep dirt tracks. I used to do this trip in my pathfinder but the xtrail doesn't have the wider wheels or as high clearance. What do u think?

I've done Abercrombie with xtrails in the group. You will be ok almost everywhere except Little
Bald Hill. Last year a diesel xtrail made it up that track, the first to do so from our club that does the trip every year. I suggest you go with some other cars in case you need assistance. Forget it if it is wet.

I should have been clear, the petrol xtrails from our club that have tried Little
Bald Hill all had to be towed up.
