Don't know what started this, but the Hilux driver just didn't know when to leave it alone.

Looked pretty plain to me. Hilux in the fast lane stuffing around and when the truck tried to get around he'd speed up and cut him off. What's that saying about having a tiger by the tail? Truck got around then gave him some of his own back with a bit of interest.

The Truck driver knew his vehicle and could put it in and out of traffic with no danger to them while still attending to the Hilux.(Dumblux) drivers needs.

An angry but skilled truckie.

You are kidding aren't you?

It doesn't matter what took place, driving like that endangers other road users.

That idiot shouldn't be allowed to operate a dunny, let alone a truck that size.

I find these types are not so brave when asked to step out of the vehicle so you can discuss it further.

Yeah, Gotta be the Hilux drivers fault.
Whatever he did topiss the moron in the truck off he deserves the death penalty as well as anyone else who gets in his way during the execution.

Ross,
the driver could certainly handle that combination, I think I would have been seasick in that Volvo cab.

Word is the truck driver was an Australian and the Hi-lux driver had stolen his Tim Tams.

Must have been the never ending packet of Tim Tams for that degree of upset, perhaps a woman driving the truck. You can't necessarily blame a bloke these days.

The truck "took him out" and therefore restored the safety to other road users.ie cull for survival.of the masses. Get rid of the disease.

The Hilux appeared to have rubbish bins in the tub, truckie can say he's Bin there, Done that.

I agree the Hikux was cutting him off and possibly repeatedly, seen it happen, I had a Porsche do it to me while in driving a HJ61.
He braked hard in front of me, I saw it coming and didn't brake and nearly took him out. He nearly had a Toyota badge imprint on the engine cover.

Why do people think it's the Hilux that is at fault?

Looking at the video, the moron in the truck is all over the place, the Hilux is not.

It starts off with the Hilux travelling at normal speed, it appears the truck driver is an impatient moron, he changes to the left and then back to the right.

The truck moves to the far left lane, the Hilux changes lanes and then the truck cuts from the far left across to the far right.

It looks as though the hilux thought the truck was going to occupy that lane he was moving into and then moved back to the right. But the truck driver was deliberately trying to cause an accident.

The truck driver should be dragged from his truck and beaten to a pulp.

Regardless of who was in the right or the wrong is irrelevant.
This sort of behaviour is both dangerous and just plain stupid.

As much as i'd like to beat some the clowns that sit in the right hand lanes on the M1 to a pulp.
I don't, and I don't try spearing them off the road either.
Mind you some of right lane road hogs should be put in front of a firing squad.

Road rage is a big issue and if confronted by it you're better off just trying to ignore it and find a way clear.

Most of the waved fists I see come from people being held up by right lane road hogs and people that just have to be in front of you when merging.

It's pretty easy people.
Keep left unless over taking and don't sit in the right lanes even if you think you are doing the speed limit.
When merging, think of the traffic as a zipper. Take it in turns and everyone is happy
