When it comes to water and transportation, it sometimes turns out badly. But this event at Palm Cove shows the other side of the coin. Great work fellas, it will be remembered every anniversary.

Yes Baz, it was the news video that caused me to search the web, but I cannot find a video of the event as was on the TV.
All filmed by the wedding photographer including aerial view from a drone. Great stuff.
Cheers

I dare say posting up about recent trips is news. Reviewing new products is news. Seeking news on road conditions, welll...news. Its all news on here ..

All good as far as I,m concerned....would rather read some news snippet that have the same old members comment on every topic started.....

Like every other forum this one will change and evolve along the way. Members come and members go but that's life..

Good on them for helping him.

But two things If it was so dramatic and dangerous why on earth did they go back for the boat and stuff. That's nothing more than helping a bloke by giving him a push. Their in one foot waves, no strong flowing current, no strong winds and walking.

Secondly I do not believe it is within the rules and no doubt the moderator will make the final decision.

99.9% here would help as well.

Mine.

Come on Allan. We all make casual comments but this whole thread is debatedly outside the rules and certainly not a casual comment. You know exactly what I am talking about and just being smart.

Like I said, the moderator will make the final decision. And not you. No need to incite a riot mate. And like others who go behind our back and report threads I did it "out in the open".

I got hauled over the coals once and said to be a pain to the moderators so I know what being off topic is like.

Seeing as you haven't bothered to check your references nor responded to my rebuff I feel that I would and gues what I found. You caught me, and everyone else on the thread on one quote only.

Queanbeyan show – already commented and WAY inside the rules.

Scam reminder - Yes I will accept that as outside the rules. Got me!

Parking next to yellow line Yes and isn’t that about you and I and applicable to all here about driving. What about all the threads about speed etc. Inside the rules.

A very lucky woman – Yes and again that applies to a big majority of whole threads on the forum about bullbars and car setup etc. Inside the rules.

Car Almost Hits Cop – Yes and again within the rules because the thread was about a bloke and his caravan and rear view issues. Again inside the rules

You quoted me out of context on all but one. Not very nice at all mate!Check your facts next time my friend.

C'mon girls....... what was the Hollywood block buster movie about those two senior gents!

If you stick to what the forums main focus is it soon becomes very boring and it changes it from a community feel it has at the moment.

Yes and as for rules? Nothing is off topic as long as it doesn't upset someones belief, hurt someones feeling or is morally wrong, touches on religion, politics, color, race or real physical or mental abilities or disabilities in a detrimental way........ And No telling someone they were stupid for buy a Nissan 3 lt or paying too much for a 200 series doesn't come into it!

If there is a post you don't like in the heading don't read it.
