I finally got the car back to the car yard for repair, once it was pulled out and apart and after a few phone calls to the original Toyota dealer, it was found that this car had had the front diff rebuilt at some stage, the only problem is was it rebuilt properly or was there a pre existing problem and the diff failed again due to a faulty housing.
Well my mate who owns the car yard went bugger it we will put a brand new one in, the diff arrived today and is being fitted as we speak, so a great out come from my mate, and I will continue to buy cars from him.

So who paid for the diff ? if the car yard fantastic if you had to pay no so fantastic
which ever at least it is sorted out and you are soon to be back out there doing what you wanted to do that is drive it cheers
