Been ratting around in the back blocks of me shed over the weekend to fine me pair KC Highliters 165 watts spotlights (I did have them on me old 75 series that got rolled in 2010) but do you thick I could find em, I know their there cause I found them a few weeks ago and put them somewhere safe. However I did fine the box they came in and the receipt.
The KC's are one of the very vary rare products with a 23 year guarantee, so as I brought them in 2000 it still have another 9 years to run. Wonder if the guarantee covers missing lights.

Rod, a guaranteed way of finding items that are lost, is to go and buy new ones.
Right after you plonk down the new ones on
the bench, the old ones will mysteriously re-appear on the other end of
the bench.
It's called gremlins - every workshop and shed has them. They hide stuff as soon as your back is turned, and then they bring them out again when you've stopped looking for them.
If you listen closely, you can hear the little barstewards giggling hilariously, faintly amongst the background noise, just as you pick up the old items and start cursing.

LMFAO - I like it.
Ron, that exactly what I've done, brought a pair of JW Speaker TS3000 pencil beams and so far the KC's have not re-appeared.

A slightly different take on shed stuff.
You determine to have a clean out of the shed. You find "something" you have been keeping for the last 5, 10, 20 years (circle appropriate number) because it "might come in handy one day". It hasn't so far.
You know the best way to make it come in handy in a week or two?
Throw it down the rubbish tip. Guaranteed to work every time. (:((
Cheers
Pop
