Review: Australian Outback Yarns - Bull From The Bush

I Purhcased Australian Outback Yarns looking for adventure stories of ealry life on our remote stations. Bob Flatt has obviously had an interesting career in the outback, starting as a green 15 year old. His book was an easy read with many short stories based on his station work in the gulf country. He worked in an industry full of tough men and tougher boses who cared more for the horses than the staff. His stories I think are a little stretched for beleivability, possibly due to his constant telling of them over the years, but they are entertaining and give a real insite into activities many of us will never experience. Well worth a read for anyone who likes a good laugh, based on outback stories of charachters and their more remote, dusty and often dangerous work.
