We travelled a significant length of it about a month ago and unless it's significantly fallen apart since them you will have no problems.

We just completed the section from
Roper Bar to
Normanton a couple of weeks ago in our Hilux towing a TVan, and it is in very good condition so you will have no problems at all with your rig.
There a few short sections with a few corrugations or patches of bulldust, but nothing serious at all to worry about.
Make sure you allow some time to go into
Lorella Springs on the way - we planned a night or two and ended up staying for 6 - fantastic selection of four wheel drive tracks and you can
camp near the main reception area or pretty
well anywhere within their million acres out to the coast. Don't miss a dip in
Nanny's Retreat - just stunning !!
Track in from the
Savannah Way is 29km of corrugations, but OK if you take it sensibly, and
well worth the effort when you get there.
Enjoy!!

Just done part of it but not towing anything with my 100 series landcruiser.
Check out www.savannahway.com.au and go to the LHS of the page and you'll see a tab called Roads & Safe Driving. It has contact info for the various sections. Your rig will be just fine from what we saw and heard. Best of luck.
