A very informative blog thanks Stephen. I did not even know there was more than one type of mistletoe..... I used to work in the wine industry and when visiting
Clare in the late 90's I recall discussing the very obvious prevalence of mistletoe in the area. I went to the
Clare Gourmet Festival last year and noted the mistletoe situation had improved - now I know why.

Hi Dalb
It is a small world, I used to work at Leasingham Wines for 6 1/2 years.
I updated the Blog today with the latest photo of the new Mistletoe. I pass it every day on the way to work and I am forwarding the photos to a local lady that I know in the Detartment of Enviornment and Natural Resources with is involved in the local Mistletoe Action Group.
