Have just read this blog as am interested in people's experiences towing a van on outback and little travelled tracks. We have travelled the
Gary Hwy from the east to the SBJ road and then south. We loved it but were tenting it at the time. We now have a caravan and are wondering if the
Gary Hwy caused any damage to your van. Would be interested to know this. Thanks Megan

Hi Megan and Kevin
The
Gary Junction Road (west - east) is a much easier run than the Great Central, Tanami or other
well used routes. It sounds like you have travelled the prettiest part of it already. The Gary Highway runs south from
Gary Junction and is not a route we would take with our rig. I will send you an MM later or you can contact me through my web address. Cheers, Motherhen
