ian , bought one a few years back , only used it a couple of times , was a touch dissappointed , think the manufacturers exaggerate the cooking time , took ages and it really wasnt that windy , however have to say that the roast lamb was cooked superb , tender but not dried out, now with their claim of cooking a steak in it , well i never tried that one because the method of Cobb cooking goes against the traditional method of cooking steak where it should be high heat and short cooking time . just my 2 bobs worth !
