I shoot in Raw, adjust if needed, then convert to jpg using Lightroom, so I can resize during that process. Thanks for the tip re 800x800

Hi Jim,
Please excuse my digression! You are obviously on top of your game.
My remarks (and indeed the blog itself) were really directed at those who come here and might need some assistance in getting beyond the point-and-press level. This doesn't include folks who use raw at 25 Mp!
