Dave, I walked the Thorsborne Trail on Hinchinbrook 5 months after Cyclone Yasi, you could definitely see the impact then! The
Cardwell Mariana area still looked like a Tsunami disaster. The island had no leaves on the trees on the seaward ridgelines, looked a bit like a "green" bushfire landscape
