Looking forward to reading your blog. I have recently returned to
Perth after a trip to
Cape York via GCR and back via
Birdsville. Also in a 110 Defender but alone so more room. A side note, I was disappointed with the
Birdsville Track, more of a highway as in good condition and drivable by 2wd. Enjoy your trip.

Thanks Hugh, were in the last week now, so getting excited. Packed the spares/tools on weekend, just food and final gear
check and were good to go! Our Spot3 track will be up and running come Saturday, for anyone interested
