Cape York Dog

Can I take my dog with me to Cape York? She travels everywhere with me accept National Parks and I notice according to the mapping that the National Park borders the track.

Ticks & crocs of course.
I know of a very well known person. Took his dog everywhere & that included many a trip up North to the Cape. Just one tick unseen & even an urgent no expense spared rush to the vet could not save his treasured pet. Heartbreaking.
As said Fruitbat falls & Elliot are too good to miss.

Maybe you can speak to your vet.
Yes, as said above, you must visit Bramwell Station. Show or no show.
We did the bottom half of the OTT & back to Bramwell Station in a very long day.
We did The falls trip separately on another day.
Take care, safe travels Ma

Yes you can...just not allowed in National Parks. Be aware of the paralysis ticks. They are present in Cairns and a little more north. How far North is anyone's guess.

You wouldn't be able to go into Fruit Bat Falls or Eliot Falls with a dog
They are 2 of the best spots you definitely should not miss them .
