Fins freezing in Frig

Our Dometic Fridge in the Van ices up the Right Hand end fins but the left hand end stays clear but cold,is there something we can do to correct this??
Van is level and Fridge also seems to be working all ok, is running at 3-4 deg C at 3.5 on the knob at 4-5 will run 0 deg and under.

I installed a very small computer fan in the fridge to circulate air across these fins and it has helped the fridge enormously. I wired it in via the 12v circuit with a switch and threaded the wires through the drain hole in the fridge.
There is also a commercial fan available.

I used to have a handle on life, but it broke.

the fan will help, if you don't want to go to the trouble of wiring one up then you could try one of these, i have one and it's handy and runs for ages on a couple of DD batteries
