Is there a hard copy workshop manual for a 2012 Ford Ranger PX 3.2 Dual cab ute available? I know I can buy a CD or download a pdf file but I prefer a paper copy.

Probably best to ask the Ford Ranger forum, as the Nissota drivers on here are unlikely to know.

Grant,
I have never seen the mention of a hard copy workshop manual and workshops use soft copies. I just use the downloaded pdf version on my computer.

You could print it out from a downloaded version but be warned, it will be about 100 mm thick on A4 for the complete manual.

Grant - Hard copy service manuals are a thing of the past, they cost waay too much to produce in the small quantities required.
Not to mention the manuals are huge today, with the amount of technical electronic information supplied.

Download the PDF file or acquire the CD, and when you need to carry out a repair, just print out the relevant pages you need for the repair.

You can get oil and grease all over them, and then just throw them away - not like printed manuals where you're eternally having to clean your hands, to turn pages, to see what's next.

Cheers, Ron.

What he said, the electronic version I have runs to over 2500 A4 pages, if you were to hit print that is.

A lot is specific to a single engine and gearbox build, but I couldn't be bothered separating out the chapters applicable to my exact vehicle.
