Hi SPOT EOTrackMe Users,

I have had several reports of delays in the system catching up with your positions. I have now found and resolved the issue which was in part due to the site update but more the fact that we have stopped using the old mapping engine that we ran in the past. It was this mapping engine program that was triggering the processes to collect the SPOT data. The collection process was currently only being called when the little road conditions map from the site home page was being regenerated - which is once per day.

I have adjusted this in-line with the device tracking programs for all devices now and this will correct the problem once and for all.

As a side note the system will catch up very well these days as it will go and get the last 4 days worth of reporting from SPOT.

Sorry for the delay in sorting this one - it was not the easiest to find.
