Jamie Boat Loader

Hi All, I recently picked up a boat loader for $95 to allow me to load my dinghy up on the roof rack but it came with no instructions. I have just managed to identify it as a Jamic Engineering Boat Loader which I hope is a big win. I am now wondering if anyone on this forum has any instructions for one of these or photos of it in use? Of course the factory is shut for christmas but I imagine I can get the info in the new year, I am just impatient is all! I can put it all together and everything but I can't work out how it attaches to the boat itself?

Any help would be unbelievably awesome :)

Thanks, that does give me enough info to tell me I am on the right track, but I still am none the wiser really to how it actually attaches to the boat. Atleast I know where it attaches now. I have a feeling that the spreader I have may be too wide for my dinghy and need some modification or maybe there are some pieces that meed to attach to the dinghy.
