For anyone that has renewed or purchased a new
Membership subscription since Christmas the printed component that comes in the snail mail (Your Welcome Pack) has not yet been delivered to you. Of course your
Membership is fully active as what we provide is an online service and that's immediately setup when you subscribe. We just have a range of admin complications that are stopping us from getting this batch processed. I won't
bore you with details but just want to advise the status and confirm that we are working to resolve this as best as we can - if you could please be patient and not call to complain or abuse our staff, thank you.
