I have previously purchased the 2015 200K product
However the update page for 2015.1 has not recognized this
I get the following message "You have not purchased the EOTopo 200K Download product"

Yes George you ordered the SD version of the product not the download product.

As per today's newsletter you can certainly download the free Place Name data update, but as you aren't registered as already owning the download version of EOTopo you can't upgrade to the newer version in the manner that you are trying.

You can certainly upgrade from version 2015 to 2015.1 and you can change from SD to download but you will need to do this via the shop and you will need to use the promo code to validate your purchase of the upgrade under the Lifetime Upgrade licence.

I will get Adele to email you these instructions/promo code tomorrow.
