Barry, I have seen these larger panels being introduced of late, and they are a great option I feel.
I found the
Koor 150w folding panel here but can't see a 180w.
Anyway, I have the Supercheap one just like this, it is the Ridge Ryder brand and has 8 of the panels in the 100w size.
Link here . . .
Ridge Ryder 100w folding
It puts out 6amps on a sunny day, 3amps under full cloud, so keeps up
well with my fridge and charging the Arkpak for a bit of led lighting needs.
They have been around a fair while.
I suspect they are all made in the one place, the design of the RR one I have and the Korr one are pretty much identical, and the
Projecta folding panels are a little different, but much more expensive.
I face my vehicle to the sun when camped, use the 100w panel across the windscreen, this blocks the sun from the vehicles interior, and gets a great angle for solar input.
If you got two of these for 200w, it would be far less than the one Korr panel ($900 + ship ?), just wait for the 20% off sale at Supercheap virtually every long weekend etc, and you can pick them up for $319.20 ea ($638.40 for both !!)
