Thanks Baz,
Yes it is a great part of the outback, first visited
Tibooburra in the early 80's in our Ford Fairmont pulling a larger than normal Sun Wagon camper with 4 kids in back
seat and been back and through on many occasions. I remember walking into the Family Hotel on one occasion with my old hat on and beard and being asked to sit down for a beer (I paid for it) beside Dick Smith as 'I looked like a local' -- they were making a docco for Britain of
all places. I never saw it but my son did a few years later on channel 9 and recognised 'the local'. Have never driven the tracks you mention so have noted them. Just looking at recent
blogs, you have been busy
well done.
Regards,
Mike

Hi Mike, thanks for sharing your experience - nothing better than simply being "Out and About".
Cheers, Baz
