I don't think that I have had the opportunity to have helped you, but it is very nice of you to express thanks to those that have. I'm sure that they welcomed it.

Most people are appreciative but there have been some who have received helpful responses to their posted query yet never return to say thanks. One may well wonder what happened to them.

Same. I really enjoyed and learnt a lot from the forum 12 years, or so ago,as a new arrival from NZ. There were some great contributors, Willem, Roachie and several others. I still enjoy the forum and check it regularly, but tend to use the features more now, treks, places etc. My main focus has shifted to Facebook, because the offroad caravan I bought has very active,helpful and well moderated page.
