Anyone have any experience with these? Just bought it second hand for 700...used it for about a week, no problems yet, but we had good weather.
Curious how good the quality is... how much are they new? Or what conditions can they survive?

Google search brings up a lot of results, including that they are/were $999 at BCF.

You don't have any details of of what exactly it is.You better stick with it till you find it doesn't suit you. You should have made your enquires prior to acquiring it.

Im just using it casually atm, and it seems to do the job. I wana know if any hardcore campers use it though

XTM is a 'Super Retail Group' brand.
SRG owns businesses such as BCF and Supercheap Auto.
You could try SRG support or even the SCA and BCF support lines for more info on it.
Being Chinese, they probably release a new version of it every 6 months or so, so there might not be much documentation available.
