Good after sales service from RV Storage solutions

G'day All

I recently purchased a vehicle that came fitted with an RV Solutions cargo barrier. Didn't notice that there were a couple small parts missing until a few days later so I contacted them via email in order to buy the missing parts. I explained to them that I did not buy the barrier from them and was happy to pay for the missing parts. They took my details and a few days later the parts were in my letterbox via express post. I emailed them again and said there was no invoice - a reply came back that there was no charge for the parts just enjoy our product !

Whilst the parts would not have been expensive I know they still had to go out of their way to pay and post them to me - I just thought in this day and age that was a good effort from a good Australian company !
