I have just purchased & installed
Exploroz Traveller & I'm still trying to get my head around setting it up.
I'm trying to import my saved GPX travel logs from Hema maps into traveller. The trouble I'm having is I can find them through the app but they are all whited out & it won't allow me to select them. What am I doing wrong?

Have you read the user manual ? Method to open existing GPX files is in there. I don't think you can open a raw gpx from another program - it has to be imported and saved again as a track file (or waypoints AKA personal
places). I don't really know as don't have app but someone else will soon confirm
gpx
Cheers

Yes I've read the manual.
Tried by importing like the manual says. Get to the file & they are whited out.
Tried the other method of clicking the file & opening it with
exploroz traveller but no tracks appear on the map

the spot in the importing the file process & I get to where the files are

Success. Thanks everyone I've ended up doing it via the web site. Now I just have to discover how to edit or delete the logs.

Hi,
The grayed out would be NO permissions to open the files in the location they are stored (it is difficult on Android to get into everything with heavy permissions requirements, good for your security though). Can you use something like a File Manager program to navigate to the files and then either try to open or share them to
ExplorOz Traveller.
When I say a file manager program if you are using Samsung it is called 'My Files'
I wrote two methods to get to files one from the app (via the menu) and the other from the Android File Open or Share To functions.
I am keen to hear if you can get to the files directly and open or share to Traveller?

Hi, I have been having the same issue & is doing my head in. I can share the file with Explore Oz or it will open automatically from the email & for both it goes through a Processing your File sequence (read-converting-Processing) & then opens up a screen titled "Import from File" with a blank page divided in two, top half Import 06 May & the bottom half Import
Places but its blank with the green "Import Places" very faint. After 5 -10minutes no change but when i click on the page a pop up states that the import process is not complete so either continue or cancel? If i wait nothing. Tried turning the tablet on & off etc but after two hours of attempts, no cigar! Maybe my file is corrupt but have tried a few so will contact the HelpDesk.
