ExplorOz Traveller Release 7.5.8

A quick note to let you know that I have just pushed 7.5.8 into production on all stores and the web app. It may take a day or two for this to come to your devices but it is coming and you will need to download the content (places, treks & tracklogs) data once the update is loaded. The app update process will prompt you to go to Data Manager, the content update is now a simple one button press. From then on you will hopefully never need to update this data again as the app will keep it updated for you.

There are heaps and heaps of changes in this release and way more than we could put into the release notes. Most of these updates are related to the auto syncing content database but there are heaps of other stability and performance changes. The documented changes are:

Features Added
- Data Manager consolidated download and auto syncing
- Offline Thumbnails/Photos
- Reviews & Updates consolidated
- Revised routing algorithm, improves driving plan calculations
- Default Zoom Level setting - action by tapping zoom level number on map

Updates Applied
- Save button duplicated at top on place, trek & track log edit
- Directions Avg Speed disappeared when changing
- Delete all folders recovered last saved folders
- Share option crashing

The new/updated user manual is the in final stages and should be released in the next day or two, it will auto update to the app and you should see a notification when this occurs.
