How to download again without paying?

Just setting off on our trip tomorrow. I want to download the app to my wife's ipad. How do I that without paying? There doesn't seem an option. It just says "double click to pay"

As Nomadic has said, a little short on details but I will assume you are referring to ExplorOz Traveller.

If you have it on a device with the same OS as your wife, (i device ) you will need to go do it via family sharing.

If you are on an Android or Windows device you would need to purchase the App again for her iPad.

I may be wrong, but I believe if the 2 apples are on different accounts you must pay twice too.

Nope, its what I have done with my wife’s iPad, with has a different Apple ID.

As TrevorDavid has stated use Family Sharing to share your app purchases between members of your family. This is supported on Apple and Google.

It’s an ExplorOz product, asked about on the ExplorOz forum, on the ExplorOz website, amongst other things.

I’ve said it before, if something is of no interest to you just skip it, ignore it. It’s not that hard.

That said I do enjoy your contributions, just not this one.

Whilst I understand where you are coming from, I still agree with Allan. These questions would be better asked on the Help Desk and not the general forum. After all, that is what a Help Desk is for, to get help.

I actually suggested this a couple of years ago.

Yes the help desk is there for that, but also for the website, membership etc. I’m sure David & Michelle appreciate the help the forum provides on many things.

If a question is answered by the help desk, then one person has an answer.

If the same question is answered on the forum, then numerous people will have an answer to something they have may been struggling with.

In the last two pages of posts, 38 were non Traveller questions, only 12 were.

I guess I just don’t understand why if something is of no interest to you why you wouldn’t just ignore the post and move on to the next. It’s what I do.

Any forum is for information sharing, take from it what you will.

Anyway that’s just my opinion, I’m happy with the forum the way it is, but if it was to change, that wouldn’t worry me either, I would still skip the posts that I have no interest in.
