Save Trek button not working

Good morning all, New user here. When I create a navigation route and open the navigation tab the save button is greyed out and I cannot save to my personal
treks,
Nav Screen
I cannot find anything in the manual or tutorials to help, any advice would be greatly appreciated.

It's probably something to do with the app wanting to know the location and not knowing where it is. I had a similar issue running the windows version (pc, no gps) and had to turn off location permissions. It defaults to
Alice Springs and is happy. The help desk will be able to give specific advice.

Thanks for that Warren, unfortunately changing location permissions didn't solve the issue. I will contact help desk tomorrow.

You have sort of answered your own question. Your screenshot is of a single destination for turn by turn navigation, it’s not a Trek. A Trek would have a minimum of two
places before you could save it as such.
