Car year 2014, 75000 km, needs a new boot, should the cv joint be replaced at the same time.

ONLY, if the trunnion balls have worn into the bell grooves and caused ridges will you need to replace the cv. Until it is disassembled and inspected you will not know.
Also, if the boot has been damaged and lube has exited the enclosure AND been that way for a long time, then dirt and grit will have entered and damaged the running surfaces. THEN you have to replace the CV.

Centrifugal force will make the lube grease disappear and leave the innards with less and less lube. So, by the time it stops expelling greasey stuff, the bell, trunnion balls and needle rollers will have run pretty starved of lube for a while. Therefore, simply gauging the exiting lube is not a method which cuts the mustard.
ONLY serious inspection can achieve a determinate result on future life.

I've had a few CV joint boots replaced at a specialist CV Joint workshop and they have never needed to replace the joint. On one car they swapped the driveshafts around because that gives both joints a new wear surface and prolongs the life of the original joint.

Is it the inner or outer boot?
Hilux outers seem to take non genuine boots ok but inner non genuine dont seem to last and the genuine boots cost nearly as much as a new shaft by the time they are installed.
Corolla may be the same situation.
