Have just had a software update on a
POLARIS MAX. lEXPLOREOZ is asking for the Licence Name and the License Code . Anyone know where I could find these?

To get it to work at the outset you must have used , most likely your name, and the code supplied when you registered the device. You could try that!

Was loaded already when purchased , having trouble with Hema Explorer app cursor not responding , Polaris suggested a Software Update which resulted in loss of all Apps. Reinstalled all and exploreoz requesting . Will call Polaris tomorrow.

If you’re talking about the Hema Explorer app, don’t think too many folk would be interested?
ExplorOz Traveller is a different animal, and much more functional.

Unsure what lEXPLOREOZ is but if you meant
ExplorOz Traveller and you are using an android system you have to log in the Play Store with with exact google account you originally purchased the app with to download it .

Our system doesn’t have “license name” or “licence code”. Must be another product - as these features are not part of
ExplorOz Traveller sorry no idea. Talk to Polaris.

If you are being asked for a ” Licence Name and the License Code” the app is probably Oziexplorer.

If you contact them with your device id, found under settings, & explain what happened, the will usually issue you with new codes.

OziExplorer is a good specialist product but sideloading APKs in Android is so bogan, insecure and dated. I appreciate Des probably doesnt want to play ball with Google but he could do a lot better if he did.
